Didn't sleep well last night, had various anxieties playing on my mind and was very restless. UGH.
However, the scales says I lost another 1lb last week so yay.
Plan for today involves sorting out the chairdrobe. That always hurts hips - lots of bending and stretchng - so if that's all I achieve then that's absolutely fine :)
